SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT SWEET REASON!

    On the web:
bulletSend your friends a link to a favorite Sweet Reason column. There are several ways you can do this
bulletSubscribe to Humanist Network News. You can forward any headlines you want them to see, or copy and paste headlines into another email.
bulletUse the "Tell a friend" link that appears just below the headline of the column. Click, and fill in the pop-up box to send a link to your friends. There's even room to tell them why youre recommending the column.
bulletCopy and paste the "Sweet Reason" headline from the HNN news page into an email
bulletPaste a column title in the Sweet Reason archive into your email (or, with some programs, click on the title and when the column opens, paste the URL from the browser window into your email.

bulletGot a website? Add this link to your links page:  Sweet Reason
(Some descriptions you could use are: "The Humanist Advice Column"; "Advice for the non-religious, and the people who live, love, and work with them"; "Compassionate, practical, dogma-free advice")

 
bulletBlog it: Hey, you can blog it more than once! That gives your readers more chances to read  it themselves.  You don't even have to agree with the advice every single time – any time you're intrigued by something you see in Sweet Reason, and want to know what other people think, give them a link so they'll know what you're talking about.

Tell your friends:

Talk about it in person, in internet forums,  and on listservs – when friends are asking the kinds of questions that "Sweet Reason" answers, tell them, "Check out Sweetreason.net"

bulletBring copies to meetings of your freethought group
bulletPost copies on community bulletin boards & kiosks
bulletLeave copies in popular hangouts like  coffee shops & pubs,

In the media:
bulletRadio commentators are always on the lookout for thought-provoking guests. If you know someone at a station in your community (or on your campus), ask them to interview "Sweet Reason"
bulletPrint media need material too!
bulletAsk the editor of your area's alternative weekly to syndicate Sweet Reason. Or,  if your local daily publishes more than one advice column, tell them, "About one-seventh of Americans are nonreligious – how about a column for those readers one day a week?"
bulletTell journalists they can call on Molleen Matsumura as an "expert source"
